Privacy policy

Lights ATX is a service brand of Nimble Fox Marketing. Nimble Fox Marketing is the business providing this service and sending its notifications. This policy explains how we handle information for our lighting-business marketing and lead-notification services.

Information we handle

We handle the information you provide to us, such as your name, business, email address, mobile number, quote-request details, ZIP code, and messages to support. For SMS enrollment, we retain your consent email, the disclosure you accepted, and the date and method of consent. Our hosted services may also process technical logs, IP addresses, campaign attribution, and message-delivery information to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage client services, route homeowner quote requests to the business identified on the relevant landing page, send requested notifications, document consent and opt-outs, and troubleshoot delivery. Providing a phone number on a homeowner quote form does not enroll that homeowner in the Nimble Fox Marketing client SMS program.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, email, and SMS delivery, including Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Twilio where configured. They process information needed to perform those services. Homeowner inquiry details are shared with the lighting business the homeowner requested a quote from.

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent. Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not prevent necessary processing by service providers that deliver our messaging service.

Optional house-photo previews

Where a landing page offers an AI preview, a photo submitted for that feature is processed by the image-generation provider to create the requested concept. Quote contact details are handled separately from the image-generation request. Do not upload images you do not have permission to use.

Retention and choices

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and suppression records, resolve support requests, and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing john@nimblefoxmarketing.com. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or comply with applicable requirements.

SMS choices

SMS enrollment is optional. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from an active program. Reply HELP or email our support contact for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using our other services.

Security and updates

We limit access to information needed to operate the service and use provider security controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy and will show the effective date on this page.
